Continuous Activities (12 Noon- 8.30pm)

Exhibition (running until 4th February):

-Over 20 internationally exhibited artist from Fabelist, working in a range of media, in response to the ‘Imprint’ theme.  Interwoven amidst the contemporary art work will be the workshopped pieces produced with community groups in Church Street, Edgware Road.

Writing :

-The Pool of Unforgotten Stories: Exchange Memories for poems and a magical flying balloon

Art :

-Poppy’s Paper Doll Parlour: create heroes and heroines

-Story Village: Build imaginary destinations to add to the Story Town

-Edible Art Banquet: Audition to join the Edible Art Movement by exchanging drawings for food at this alternative banquet

Performance:

-Story Salon: Readings and comedic performances at the Edible Art Banquet from storytellers and spoken word artists. Whilst you’re ‘drawing for your dinner’ there’s plenty to entertain you from the salon’s cabaret performers who might even invite you to take part in their black and white thriller. Step back in time in this snapshot of 1920s decadence and frivolity, awhirl with voices, music and strange happenings.

-Monochrome Minstrels- Listen to the songs of Fabelist’s musicians and see if they can serenade your story.

 

Additional Evening Activities (6pm-8.30pm)

-Complimentary Drinks 6.00-8.30pm

-6.45 pm : Performance from the children at TNMusic, an afterschool music group in Marylebone

-Sets from musicians: Simon Roth, Simon Green, Ben Gibbon and Jamie Crawford

-At the welcome desk book in for one of three half hour interactive performances from 101 Theatre company, challenging the boundaries between reality and your imagination, fact and fiction.
